At checkout: your email address and your payment. Checkout is operated by Onelink, Stripe's merchant of record service, which is the seller of record for your purchase. Your payment details, card number, billing address and any tax information, are collected and held by Onelink and Stripe as their own data controllers, under Onelink's privacy policy and Stripe's privacy policy. We never see or store your card number. We receive your email address and the fact that a purchase was completed, so that we can deliver the Product.
When you use the course: each time you sign in and while you read, we record your access code, the time, your IP address, the country it belongs to, and the type of device and browser (for example "iOS Safari"). Pages and files you open carry the buyer mark linked to your purchase.
Site security: attempts to sign in to the site's administration area are recorded with the time, the IP address, the country it belongs to, and the type of device and browser.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
Your email is used to deliver access to the Product, restore access if you lose it, and answer your messages. Onelink and Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies during checkout to process your payment securely and to recognise a returning Link account.
Purchase records are kept for 6 years, as required for UK tax purposes. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Sign-in records and security records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law).
