These terms apply to every purchase made on casualchaosai.com ("the Site"). By completing a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
Purchases on this Site are sold through Onelink, which acts as merchant of record. Your contract of sale is with Onelink; these terms govern the Product itself, the licence you receive, and the support we provide. At checkout you also accept Onelink's terms, which apply to the transaction.
The Site sells digital products: an online course and, where offered, packs of written prompts ("the Product"). The Product is text-and-image content delivered on a private web page. It is not software, not a physical item, and not a subscription. You pay once, at the price shown at checkout, and receive lifetime access including future updates to the same Product.
The Product is viewed in any up-to-date web browser on a phone or computer. No special software, apps, or downloads are required to read it. You open it with a personal access code that works on up to five of your own devices at a time, as explained in section 5.
What you need in addition, at your own cost. The Product teaches you to work with third-party generation platforms and chatbots. Those services are not included in the price and are not sold by us. To follow the course you need your own paid account with credits on a generation platform, and a paid plan on a chatbot such as ChatGPT or Claude, which is what writes your prompts. You pay those services directly, their prices and plans are set by them and change over time, and we do not control them.
Your access code is shown on screen straight after payment and is also sent to the email address you provide at checkout, normally within minutes. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will restore access at no cost. Delivery is complete when the access email is sent.
Payments are taken by Onelink, Stripe's merchant of record service, which is the seller of record for this transaction. Onelink handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT, fraud checks, card disputes, and transaction support. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
The price of the Product is set in pounds sterling and also set directly in a number of other currencies. If your currency is one of those, that is the price you pay: there is no conversion and no conversion fee. If your currency is not one of those, Onelink converts the pound price at checkout and shows you the exact sum before you pay, with the conversion fee included in that sum. In every case the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and remitted by Onelink. Your receipt and your card statement will show Onelink as the seller.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own content creation, including commercial use of videos you make with it.
You may not share your access, resell, republish, translate, or redistribute the Product or any substantial part of it, or use it to build a competing course or prompt library. In the event of serious breach, such as shared access or redistribution, we may suspend or revoke access. We will contact you first where reasonably possible.
Your access code. Your access code is personal. It works on up to five of your own devices at a time. A phone, a computer and a second browser on the same computer each count as a device. Signing in on a sixth device signs out the device you used least recently, and you can sign in there again with the same code. If a code is used in a way that indicates it has been shared, for example from several countries within a day, access on that code is paused automatically for everyone using it. A pause is not a cancellation: write to support@casualchaosai.com from the email you paid with, and if the use was yours we will restore access. If the code was shared, we may issue you a new one or revoke access as described above.
Your copy is marked. Pages and files of the Product carry a buyer mark linked to your purchase, visible on screen and embedded in the text, so that a copy found elsewhere can be traced to the access it came from.
We do not promise views, followers, or income. Any figures on the Site describe past results of the author's own account. Social platforms and AI tools change constantly; your results depend on your execution, your account, and factors outside anyone's control.
The Product references third-party AI generation platforms. Those platforms are separate businesses with their own prices, terms, and availability, which can change at any time. We are not responsible for their services, and their costs are not included in the Product price. Some links to third-party tools may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you subscribe. This never changes the price you pay.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if digital content is faulty or not as described. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions taken by social platforms or AI providers against your accounts.
Refunds for purchases made on this Site are decided and issued by Onelink as merchant of record. See the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and explains how to request one.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the country you live in. Onelink's own terms govern the contract of sale and may specify a different governing law for that contract.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
